The website as a tool,
not as a brochure.

Why most websites miss their purpose entirely

Having a website built matters more in 2026 than ever – it is the only digital asset you truly own, independent of platform algorithms and rising ad prices. At the same time many websites fail in the same way: they look good but have no job to do. Colours were discussed before anyone asked who is supposed to arrive and what that person should do next.

I reverse the order and design from the job backwards: which visitors should reach the site, what do they need to understand, and what should they decide? Only once that is answered does structure follow – and only then design. It sounds unspectacular, but it is the difference between a website that represents and one that works.

Technically I build on WordPress, the most widely used content management system in the world. The reason is strategic, not technical: you stay independent. The site belongs entirely to you, can be extended at any time, taken over by any competent agency and run without monthly platform fees. No website-builder subscription, no vendor lock-in.

Having a website built –
the components at a glance

Concept & wireframing.

Information architecture, user journey and page structure are settled before the first design question comes up.

SEO-ready content production.

Copy that carries the positioning and answers search intent – including FAQ structures for GEO.

Design & build (WordPress).

Bespoke design within your corporate identity, cleanly built – fast, maintainable, without website-builder ballast.

Editorial planning & social media.

Monthly topic planning, post production and community management – so the website is not left on its own.

Multilingual setups (DE / EN / FR).

A clean hreflang structure, localised content and a translation workflow that stays maintainable. Further languages on request.

Analytics & conversion measurement.

GDPR-compliant tracking from day one, so you know what your website delivers.

From structure to operation:
how your website takes shape

01

Structure

User journey and information architecture are settled before the design – on the basis of your positioning.

02

Implementation

Design and development are optimised for loading time, readability and conversion – with review rounds at defined points.

03

Operation

Editing, maintenance and optimisation run as a continuous process – by you (after training) or by me.

Bespoke or at a fixed price

Having a website built means one of two things here, depending on what you need. For companies with a complex offer, several audiences or multiple languages I design bespoke, multi-page sites – from information architecture to ongoing editorial work. For practices, local businesses and founders who want to be visible quickly and without fuss there is the fixed-price one-pager. Both routes rest on the same foundation and the same strategic hand.

You do not need a large website?

For practices, local businesses and founders there is the fixed-price one-pager: a complete professional website on a single page – planned, written and live within 14 working days, from €1,490.

FAQ – Website & content

A complete one-pager costs between €1,490 and €3,490 at a fixed price. Bespoke multi-page sites start at around €4,000 depending on scope and, with several languages, extensive content and special functions, typically sit between €6,000 and €15,000. After the first call you receive a fixed offer – no open-ended hourly estimates.

I build on WordPress, the most widespread CMS in the world with over 40 per cent market share. The reason is strategic: you stay independent. Any provider can take over later, content can be exported, and there are no monthly platform fees as with website builders. The site is yours – entirely.

A one-pager is live within 10 to 14 working days. Multi-page projects take six to twelve weeks depending on scope – in my experience most of that time goes on content and coordination, not on technology. A binding schedule with milestones is part of every offer.

Yes. Website copy comes out of a structured interview: you answer questions, I turn the answers into text that carries your positioning and is optimised for search engines as well as AI answers. You approve every line before it goes live.

You receive all access, documentation and training – the site is yours with no strings attached. On request I take on ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, security and content changes as a monthly package from €49. Either is possible; neither is compulsory.

Yes – it is deliberately built that way. After a short introduction you change text and images yourself in the WordPress editor, without any coding. For anything structural (new page types, design changes, technology) I am available, without you being tied to me.

Let’s talk about your website takes shape.

A first call takes thirty minutes and commits you to nothing. I will tell you honestly whether a one-pager is enough or whether your plan needs a multi-page site.
